Vitaldyne's manufacturing experience includes processing a wide range of difficult to process materials such as titanium, platinum, stainless steel, Inconel, Haselloy, gold and Iridium. Non-metalic materials include Teflon, PVC, Acrylic, Delrin, PTFE and others.

The company offers high volume manufacturing, product assembly, engineering services as well as rapid prototyping. Vitaldyne employs 20 technicians in its 5000 square foot plant facilities located in Waverly, Minnesota.
